We're off to see the Tour de France today in Ax les Therm, so there is little time to catch you up with our activities. So here's a teaser. If Allah wills it, and the creek don't rise, we will do a whole post on each one of these.
We paid a visit to a winery and had a few sips of wine and a tour. Was it the most famous winery in the Languedoc, or one you have never heard of? Was the wine any good? Hang in there.
We visited this restaurant owned by Welsh family in a tiny French town. This is a painting on the inside wall of the place. Was the food good? Stay tuned.
We went to Beziers to see the Fonseraines Staircase. What's that you say? The above photo doesn't look like a staircase? Here's a hint....it is, without a doubt. Don't change that Channel.
We went to Narbonne to see an Antique Fair and ended up at the Pottery Barn instead? How did it happen? What did we think of Narbonne? You'll have to wait and see.
