Now, this is for my sisters to respond to. Does the 1950's "France" poster with the skiers look familiar to you? Does it give you a feeling of deja vu? Did we have this poster in the basement or something?

Yes. I believe that was on the wall of the stairwell going down to the basement. Mom put that and others on with wallpaper paste so maybe they are still there!
I'm glad someone else remembered the poster in the stairwell. At first I wasn't sure, but this morning when I woke up I was pretty positive that's where it was. I would have never remembered it without the prompting though, thanks. Leslie
